LASIK LADERvision
LASIK LADERvision is the latest advance in LASIK lasers, which has met with great success among patients. LASIK LADERvision provides a higher level of precision than older lasers, through a combination of new technologies. LASIK LADERvision technology was developed by NASA and is generally considered the most advanced laser currently available.
LASIK LADERvision uses a small beam laser combined with a tracking device to concentrate treatment. Key to LASIK LADERvision’s success is the tracking device. Involuntary eye movement occurs on an almost constant basis, and LASIK LADERvision presents a way to account for involuntary movements during surgery, preventing some possible complications. During LASIK LADERvision treatment, the tracking device samples the eye’s location 4,000 times per second, meaning that LASIK LADERvision has an extremely high accuracy rate compared to other LASIK lasers. In addition to tracking, LASIK LADERvision uses a very small laser diameter, less than one millimeter, so that treatments using LASIK LADERvision can be performed very precisely, with a lower possibility for over correction than other lasers. LASIK LADERvision has the broadest range of FDA treatment approval of any laser used in the US; LASIK LADERvision also has the largest treatment zone for myopia, hyperopia, astigmatism, and mixed astigmatism.
Information about LASIK LADERvision is available from doctors who perform LASIK surgery.
